Digestive Enzymes
Let me
begin this article with a quote from Henri Frederic Amiel. It says,

We shall
begin our topic now. Our body needs enzymes in order to survive.
There are three types of enzymes metabolic, digestive enzymes and
food enzymes. Metabolic enzymes function to speed up the chemical

milk, maple sap, eggs and bananas. Then for cellulase, their best
food source would be reishi mushrooms, avocados, peas and oat
sprouts.
