Enzyme deficiency is so common in our society, it’s often the real, underlying medical problem behind a whole range of digestive complaints we accept as “normal.” Belching…abdominalpain…diarrhea…constipation… intestinal gas…bloating… food allergies…fatigue following a meal…food allergies… Any or all of these can be symptoms of enzyme deficiency. And you can often solve them or greatly reduce them by taking enzyme supplements. Think of all the drugs we take for these problems, from antacids to that obnoxious “little purple pill” they advertise on television for acid reflux. You may be able to get rid of these symptoms just by supplementing with nutrients that should be in your food but aren’t.
